He is dual-qualified — Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA · CGMA) with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), and Associate Certified Professional Accountant (ACPA) with BICA — and is one of a select group of Motswana to have placed first in the country on CIMA's Financial Strategy examination.
He brings twelve years of senior finance leadership across fast-moving consumer goods, petroleum, corporate finance and drilling services — inside both operating companies and advisory mandates.
Unlike most professional advisors, Leslie continues to run operating businesses. He brings live operator experience to every mandate — and personally reads every deliverable that leaves this practice.
